Appelton Creek Falls III variation
Taken on an overcast day. I think calling this a ‘fall’ is a misnomer as the height was only about 3 feet or 1 meter – perhaps more of a small drop. The capture has an oriental feel to it for me – reminiscent of older Chinese landscape watercolour paintings. I dumped the version with grain as the more I looked at it the more displeased with it I got. I like this better as I hadn’t noticed some of the detail getting washed out through the grain process.
